ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS (ACP)
Aluminum composite panel products provide solutions in terms of facade cladding systems for the construction sector, and add value to living areas with design and production solutions for industrial and architectural interior – exterior claddings and other special applications. Composite panels are produced at the highest international construction sector requirements in accordance with TS EN 13501 standard, by using high quality PVDF painted aluminium coil and LDPE resin and AI(OH) 3 aluminium hydroxide raw materials that are used in B1 product, which is classified as ‘‘Difficult to Ignite’’.

PVC SANDWICH PANELS

We utilize the most advanced technologies in the nonwoven industry, including the carded thermobonding (carded thermobonded) and needle-punching techniques, to produce nonwoven fabrics and felts tailored to the specific needs and preferences of customers.
STONE WOOL DUCT BOARD
It is a stone wool board faced with aluminium foil on one side used for external thermal insulation, internal sound insulation of air conditioning and ventilation ducts.
If cold air insulation is going to be applied for the external thermal insulation, definitely the boards faced with aluminium foil should be used against condensation risk.
Board joints are sealed with self adhesive aluminium foil tape with great care to ensure that joints are water impermeable.
GLASS WOOL
Glass wool is made from silica sand, an inorganic raw material, which is obtained domestically. It is produced through heating silica sand at 1200°C - 1250°C and transforming it into fibres. It can be manufactured in the forms of blanket, board, pipe or loose in different size and with different technical properties, with different facing materials according to the intented use and the place of use. It is used for thermal insulation, sound insulation, acoustic comfort as well as fire safety.

ALUCRAFT & LAMINATION & PACKAGING PRODUCTS
We conduct the coating and lamination of various narrow and wide-end materials such as paper, aluminum, metallized films, polyester (PET), and nonwoven materials with polyethylene (PE) on our high-tech polyethylene extrusion production line. Our extrusion coating units (2 units) have a width of 1650 mm and 1350 mm, and feature a minimum of 8 microns and a maximum of 60 microns of polyethylene coating. Our high-tech extrusion line also allows flawless coating and lamination of multilayer materials with the desired weight and thickness, thanks to thickness gauges and automatic polyethylene flow molds. To achieve flawless and high-quality products, our extrusion line and laboratory conduct basis weight measurement, adhesion analysis, separation and sealing analyses, nuclear thickness measurement, and automatic thickness control applications.
